For this task, we were asked to change the look of our chosen product but not completely, just reconstruct it a bit and somewhat retain it so that the buyers will still recognize the same product.

Before I started, I browsed through a couple of Sypder ads in the internet, turns out that they don't have many. To be honest, I didn't find it captivating nor catchy enough for my eyes to notice. (But hey! maybe it's just me. ) You guys can check it out for yourself if you wanna. 

Here's one sample that I found 

I wanted my designs to be eye catchy and colorful so that once they type in SPYDER they will definitely not miss this ad. So I made one that's bright and colourful. As you can see it in the photo below. ;)

Here's another one that I guess would have the relaxing or adventurous kind of feeling? :))

 This one is sactually my personal favourite. It's simple but very striking in a way and it give's you this mysterious kind of picture. :P (Just my opinion. ) I loved how the way it turned out even though it's black and white.

 Last but not the least, I figured not to use a model and create my own character. :)

Toy Packaging

This was again done during my Design Concepts Class. The task was to create our own toy packaging. With this, I decided to use our old stuffed toy Ernie. I was thinking of using one of my Barbie dolls but I figured it would be too common so I came up with this. First thing I did was to assemble the packaging first before I started designing the lay-out and had it printed.

Too lazy to take another good shot of my work. :)) But it looks so much better than this. HAHA. So happy to get 99% I guess cause it looked different from the others? ..maybe? Good thing I didn't settle for the barbie doll packaging. :)))) 

Design Concept Class : CD'S

For this one, the challenge was to create our own FONT based on the three given and make CD covers out of it. I'm not too sure about the Font I made but I just chose the ones that would fit the theme. (to be honest I really have no idea how to make fonts. ) Since I wasn't completely satisfied with the fonts, i worked a little extra on the design. :)

 This was from my Design Concepts Class. We were asked to create 3 logo's using our Initials and our professor would pick one out of the three. This will serve as our product label. Here's what I came up with.

I think that this may be the most challenging subject for me last term because I'm really not good with perspectives. :| :)

I'm just so glad that I've managed. This gave me about a week of sleepless nights and stayed a couple of extra hours in school but yaay, proud ! :))
